Resolution passed for cancellation of admission to AIM
FDM Group Plc ("the Company") announces that, on 18 February 2010, a resolution for the proposed cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM and re-registration of the Company as a private company was duly passed.
Accordingly, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM ceased at close of business on 18 February 2010, with cancellation of the AIM quotation taking effect at 7.00 a.m. on 19 February 2010. The Company is expected to be re-registered as a private company with effect from 19 February 2010.
