Director Declaration
In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, FDM announces that Ivan Martin, Non-Executive Chairman, has informed the Company of his appointment as Non-Executive Director and Chairman Designate of Microgen plc ("Microgen"), which is listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 January 2016.
Mr Martin will be assuming the role of Non-Executive Chairman of Microgen after the release of its 2015 Results.
