FORD DECLARES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND
DEARBORN, Mich., April 7 - The Board of Directors of Ford Motor Company
(NYSE: F) today declared a second quarter dividend of 10 cents per share, on the
company's Class B and common stock. This is the same level of dividend paid in
the first quarter of 2004.
The second quarter dividend is payable on June 1, 2004 to shareholders of record
on April 30, 2004.
