FORD MOTOR COMPANY 
BEARER DEPOSITARY RECEIPTS

On 13 October 2004, the Ford Motor Company (U.S.) declared a DIVIDEND of $0.10 
(gross) per share on the common stock of the Company, and there will accordingly 
become due in respect of the Bearer Depositary Receipts a gross distribution of 
USSO.0050 per unit (less U.S. Withholding Tax). The distribution per unit will 
become payable on or after 15 December 2004 to holders of record 
01 November 2004.
