at two of its automotive operating groups, Premier Automotive Group
and The Americas:

report to Fields.
• Fredrik Arp is elected a vice president of the Company, effective
September 1, 2005. Last month, Ford announced Arp's appointment as
president and chief executive officer of Volvo Cars Corp., reporting to
Fields. He succeeds Hans-Olov Olsson, who will become Volvo Cars' chairman
of the board. Arp presently serves as president and CEO of Trelleborg AB,
a Sweden-based global auto industry supplier specializing in advanced
polymer technologies.
Commenting on the appointments, Fields said, 'During Joe's tenure, Land Rover
has launched a number of award-winning new products and Jaguar has laid the
foundation for addressing its business issues. In the current political
environment in Europe, it is very important for us to have a stronger voice with
government, and Joe is ideally suited to be that voice, given his extensive
experience and regard across the Continent. In Geoff, Jaguar and Land Rover will
have a proven leader who has led a significant turnaround at Ford of Australia,
and has demonstrated his sales and marketing skills around the globe, including
as an automotive retailer. And as I've noted before, Fredrik is a strong
executive addition to Volvo, bringing valuable industry sales and manufacturing
experience to a great global brand.'

Roman Krygier, group vice president, Global Manufacturing.
Commenting on Fowler's new role, Fields said, 'Bennie has steered through some
significant changes at Jaguar and Land Rover during his time as COO. On the
manufacturing side, this has included the adoption of lean manufacturing
