Pursuant to our Listing Agreement, you are hereby notified that Henry D.G
Wallace has been elected Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1,2000, and
Terrall M.de Jonckheere, Alex P. Ver and Martin R. Leach have each been elected
a vice president of the Company, effective January 1, 2000.  Donald A Winkler
has been elected a vice president of Ford Motor Company and appointed a Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Credit Company, effective October
25,1999, and Diane P. Dossin has been elected an Assistant Tax Officer of the
Company, effective October 14,1999.
