Valentic will be a global client leader responsible for the global marketing efforts of the agency's Microsoft Corp. account. Young & Rubicam Brands, which is owned by WPP, is the world's second largest holding company of advertising and marketing firms. The activities of Ford's Global Marketing organization will be realigned under Jim O'Connor, group vice president, North America Marketing, Sales and Service.
