Feedback plc ('Feedback')
AGM Statement
At Feedback's AGM held today, all resolutions were duly passed.
At the AGM, David Harding, Non-Executive Chairman, stated that:
'In my statement with the accounts I said that turnover in the first quarter of
the current year was below expectations. This situation has continued into July
and August, although Feedback Instruments is still confident of winning a number
of large orders for shipment during the second half of the year.
In recent years the first six month period of each year has shown a loss and
this is likely to be repeated this year with an indicative loss on ordinary
activities after taxation for the period to 30 September 2003 in the region of
£300,000 as compared to a loss on ordinary activities after taxation of £100,000
in the six month period to 30 September 2002'.
