Change in Director's Interest in Shares
The Board was informed today that David Harding, non-executive Chairman of the
Company, is with immediate effect no longer a trustee of the Westcott Family
Trusts in which he previously had a non-beneficial interest in 2,191,909
ordinary shares, representing 17.76 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital, and 119,314 10 per cent. (net) Convertible Redeemable Cumulative
Preference Shares of £1 each in the Company ('Convertible Shares'), representing
15.33 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary preference share capital.
In his capacity as trustee of the Blackman Will Settlement, Mr Harding remains
non-beneficially interested in 2,490,136 ordinary shares representing 20.17 per
cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and 235,405 Convertible
Shares, representing 30.25 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary preference
share capital.
