The Company has been notified that on 27 June 2014, Trevor Brown (Non-Executive Director) purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.23 pence per share.

Following this share purchase Trevor Brown will be beneficially interested in 51,089,111 ordinary shares which represents 26.78% of the issued share capital of the Company
