Board Appointment
The Board are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Thomas William George
Charlton (Tom) as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr Charlton, aged 45, was a Managing Director of Merrill Lynch Investment
Managers from 1998 until August 2002. Prior to this he was a Director of
Mercury Asset Management Limited.
He brings to the Company in-depth investment knowledge together with broad
experience and interest in the smaller companies sector.
He has been a Shareholder in the Company since December 1997 and currently holds
1,192,000 Ordinary Shares representing 10% of the Ordinary Shares in issue.
There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of
Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
