- Dealings by Directors -
The Company has today been informed that John Westcott, non executive
director, has transferred, by way of a gift for nil consideration, 510,758
ordinary shares of 10p each to his family trust, in which he has neither a
beneficial or non-beneficial interest. Following this, Mr Westcott holds
464,263 ordinary shares of 10p each, being 4.11 per cent. of the current
issued ordinary share capital.
David Harding, Chairman, is a trustee of the Westcott family trust and,
following this transfer, consequently has a non-beneficial interest in
1,728,909 ordinary shares of 10p each, being 15.32 per cent. of the current
issued ordinary share capital.
