                           Notification of Interest


Feedback PLC ('the Company') has today been notified that on 24 July Mr Thomas
William George Charlton purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company. Following this purchase, Mr Charlton's beneficial interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company (held through Nutraco Nominees Limited)
has increased to 1,050,000 ordinary shares, representing 8.83 per cent of the
issued share capital of the Company.
