Notice of General Meeting

Cambridge, 29 October 2018: Further to its announcement on 25 October 2018, Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company") announces that it will hold a general meeting of the Company at 10.00 a.m. on 15 November 2018 at the offices of Peterhouse Capital Limited at New Liverpool House, 15 Eldon St, London EC2M 7LD.

The Company has today posted to its shareholders a circular containing a notice convening the General Meeting, the purpose of which is to provide sufficient authority to enable the allotment of the Subscription Shares and disapply statutory pre-emption rights which would otherwise apply to the allotment of the Subscription Shares.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings given to such terms in the section headed 'Definitions' in the Company's announcement of 25 October 2018.
