Result of General Meeting
Cambridge, 15 November 2018: Feedback plc (AIM: FDBK, "Feedback" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today, were duly passed.
Accordingly, pursuant to the placing and subscription announced on 25 October 2018, 36,200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM tomorrow, 16 November 2018 ("Admission").
Total Voting Rights
On Admission, the Company will have 373,283,250 ordinary shares of 0.25p in issue, each with one voting right. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company will be 373,283,250.
From Admission, the above figure of 373,283,250 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
