Delay in publication of Annual Results for the Year Ended 31 December 2020

LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, notifies shareholders that, pursuant to the guidance published by the London Stock Exchange in respect of the temporary measures for the publication of  audited annual results for AIM companies pursuant to AIM Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Lekoil intends to utilise the additional three month period to prepare and publish the Company's Annual Results for the year ended 31 December 2020. As such the Company will release its Annual Results for the year ended 31 December 2020 no later than 30 September 2021.
