LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, announces that Olalekan Akinyanmi, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, is no longer associated with Princeton Regal Trust, a Mauritian Trust which of which he was previously both a beneficiary and a protector and which holds 2,535,742 ordinary shares of USD0.00005 par value in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.47 per cent. of the currently issued share capital.
Mr Akinyanmi remains interested in 39,332,551 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.33 per cent. of the currently issued share capital.
