Joint Broker Resignation
LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, announces today that following the exit of Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") from the natural resources sector, Numis will cease to act as the Company's Joint Broker with immediate effect. The Company intends to appoint a second broker to act alongside Mirabaud Securities Limited in due course and will update the market accordingly.
