Joint Broker Resignation
LEKOIL (AIM: LEK), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on Nigeria and West Africa, announces today that Mirabaud Securities Limited ("Mirabaud") will cease to act as the Company's Joint Broker with immediate effect. The Company intends to have SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") continue as its sole broker.
