Wolseley plc 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 34,265 ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares will be issued under the Wolseley Group Share Option Plan 2010 (20,000 shares), Long Term Incentive Scheme 2002 (7,165 shares) and the Wolseley Group Long Term Incentive Scheme 2010 (7,100 shares). The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of Wolseley plc.
