Wolseley plc 

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 205,500 ordinary shares of 10 5/11 pence each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares will be issued under the Wolseley Group International Sharesave Plan 2011 (64,500 ordinary shares), Wolseley Group Share Option Plan 2010 (71,000 ordinary shares), Wolseley Group Executive Share Option Plan 2012 (30,000 ordinary shares), Wolseley Group Long Term Incentive Scheme 2010 (20,000 ordinary shares) and the Wolseley Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 (20,000 ordinary shares).  The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 11 October 2013.
