Wolseley plc

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 625,000 ordinary shares of 10 53/66 pence each in the Company to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.

These shares will be issued and allotted in connection with the Wolseley Employees Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1981 (300,000 shares), Wolseley Employee Share Purchase Plan 2001, including the schedules relating to the Wolseley European Sharesave Plan (110,000 shares), Wolseley Group Employee Share Purchase Plan 2011 (185,000 shares) and the Wolseley Group Share Option Plan 2010 (30,000 shares).  They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.

Admission is expected to be effective on 27 March 2014.
