               Analyst and investor visit to Wolseley Centers'

                              distribution site



Andrew Hutton, Chief Executive of Wolseley Centers Ltd and Building
Distribution Northern Europe, will be hosting a visit by institutional
investors and equity analysts to Wolseley Centers' major distribution facility
at Worcester on Tuesday 19 June.

The visit will focus on the strength of the long term performance of
Wolseley's UK business and the plans for its continued development through a
combination of organic growth and acquisitions. The supply chain, marketing
and e-commerce strategies of the UK distribution operations will also be
covered.

Following the announcement on 23 May of the Westburne acquisition, Charlie
Banks, Group Chief Executive, will also provide an overview of the Westburne
operations.
