Note:

(a) With reference to the amended block listing six monthly return announced on 24 November 2011 (RNS 7339S), the Company incorrectly allocated 290,744 block listing shares under the Wolseley Group Employee Share Purchase Plan 2010, including schedules relating to the Wolseley European Sharesave Plan 2010. The correct balance under the scheme, not yet issued/allocated as at 30 June 2011 was 462,000 shares. The 290,744 shares that were allocated to the above mentioned scheme have now been correctly allocated to the Wolseley Employee Share Purchase Plan 2001, including schedules relating to the Wolseley European Sharesave Plan, as well as 2,236 shares allocated in the six month period to 30 December 2011.

(b) With reference to the amended block listing six monthly return announced on 24 November 2011 (RNS 7339S), the Company incorrectly allocated 96,503 block listing shares under the Wolseley Employees Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2010. The correct balance under the scheme, not yet issued/allocated as at 30 June 2011 was 200,000 shares. The 96,503 shares that were allocated to the above mentioned scheme have now been correctly allocated to the Wolseley Employees Savings Related Share Option Scheme 1981, as well as 92,301 shares allocated in the six month period to 30 December 2011.
