Competition clearance received for the disposal of Stark Group

Ferguson plc is pleased to confirm that Lone Star Funds has now received the appropriate clearance from the relevant competition authorities to acquire Stark Group. As a result, Ferguson expects the transaction to complete at the end of March 2018.
