Wolseley plc (the "Company") announces the following change in the interests in the ordinary shares of 10⁵/₁₁ pence each in the share capital of the Company (the "Shares").

On 31 October 2013, Mr Philippe Gardies exercised share options under the terms of the Wolseley Share Option Plan 2003.  Mr Gardies sold all of the Shares resulting from the exercise at a price of £33.45 per Share.
