WOLSELEY PLC ("Company") - NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 ⁵³/₆₆p EACH IN THE COMPANY ("Shares")

On 22 October 2014, the Company was notified that on 22 October 2014 John Daly, a Director and PDMR, purchased 550 Shares in the Company at a price of £31.74 pence per Share.
