NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 ⁵³/₆₆p EACH IN THE COMPANY ("Shares")

On 17 November 2014 the Company was notified that Ole Mikael Jensen received 10,198 Shares following the vesting of awards made in November 2011 under the Ordinary Share Plan 2011 (the "Plan").  The Shares vesting under the Plan were received for nil consideration.  Mr Jensen retained all of the Shares.

This disclosure is made pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4 R. The transaction took place in the UK and the Shares are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
