NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 ⁵³/₆₆p EACH IN THE COMPANY ("Shares")

On 1 December 2014, the Company was notified that the following Executive Directors transferred Shares on 28 November 2014 at nil consideration to the following connected persons as detailed below:

John Martin	17,191 transferred to Mrs C Martin
