Wolseley plc Michael Clarke to step down as a Non Executive Director

The Board of Wolseley plc is announcing today that Michael Clarke will be standing down with immediate effect as a Non Executive Director of Wolseley plc following his recent appointment as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Treasury Wine Estates Limited based in Melbourne, Australia.  

Wolseley Chairman, Gareth Davis said:
