Changes to Responsibilities of Non-executive Directors; Board retirement
As indicated in the announcement of Mr Simon Lockett's appointment to the Ferrexpo Board on 15 June 2017, Ferrexpo now announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 (3) that Mr Lockett has succeeded Mr Oliver Baring as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 September 2017.
Mr Baring will retire from the Board of Ferrexpo on 23 November 2017.
Steve Lucas, Chairman of Ferrexpo, said:
