Director Resignation
Simon Lockett has resigned from the Board of Ferrexpo plc and will be leaving the Company with immediate effect.
The Board intends to make a further announcement concerning a new appointment of a Director and an appointment to the position of Senior Independent Director.
Steve Lucas, Chairman of Ferrexpo, commented:
