Ferrexpo Board Appointment
Ferrexpo announces that Sir Malcolm Field has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, with immediate effect.
Michael Abrahams, Chairman of Ferrexpo, said:
"I am very pleased to welcome Sir Malcolm to the Ferrexpo Board. He brings extensive experience gained over many years in the private and public sectors in Britain and abroad. I look forward to the valuable contribution that I am sure Sir Malcolm will make".
Sir Malcolm has extensive executive and non-executive experience in organisations including WH Smith, MEPC, The Civil Aviation Authority, HMSO and Odgers Berndtson. He is currently a non-executive director of Hochschild Mining PLC and was a non-executive director of Petropavlovsk PLC from 2003 to 2015. There are no other matters that require notification in respect of Sir Malcolm pursuant to LR 9.6.13.
