Ferrexpo PLC announces that on 17 September 2008 it purchased 250,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 166.3258 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

 

Following the above purchase, Ferrexpo PLC holds 23,613,814 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 590,354,142 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
