                 Completion of Disposal

The  Company  is  pleased  to  announce  that,  following
shareholder  approval  given at the  EGM  yesterday,  the
disposal  of the Silver Shield Screens business to  Kwik-
Fit  Holdings Plc has this afternoon been completed.  The
consideration for the disposal was £8 million.
