Fidelity China Special Situations PLC: Pre-AGM Presentation and Q&A available online

Fidelity China Special Situations PLC has recently published a video recording of a presentation by the Chairman, Nicholas Bull, and Portfolio Manager, Dale Nicholls in preparation for today's Annual General Meeting.

The Company has also published a recording of a live Question and Answer session held on Monday 8 July 2021 for shareholders, in the lead-up to today's meeting. The recordings can be accessed through the Company's website at:

In his presentation, Dale Nicholls discussed the drivers of the Company's performance for the year ended 31 March 2021 and since the end of the period, its positioning and his outlook for the future. The Chairman, Nicholas Bull also discussed the Company's policies and how the Company is able to make best use of its closed-end structure.

The Annual General Meeting of Fidelity China Special Situations PLC will be held today 20 July 2021, but due to the impact of COVID on international travel, the Portfolio Manager is unable to attend in person and the Board expects limited numbers to be in attendance.

The Board and Manager are very keen to provide shareholders with every opportunity to hear from the Portfolio Manager and hope the recorded presentation will help to inform shareholders' decisions.
