Change of name

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that, following shareholder approval at the extraordinary general meeting held on 1^st October 2021, the Company's change of name to Fidelity Emerging Markets Limited is now effective.

Trading in the Company's shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under its new name is expected to take effect tomorrow, under the new TIDM (stock ticker) 'FEML LN'.

The Company's ISIN, SEDOL and LEI remain unchanged. 

Shareholders are unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and will remain valid.
