At the separate General Meeting of Warrantholders, which had been adjourned
until 14 September 1999, all resolutions were duly passed.  The resolutions
provide the Company with enabling powers to purchase its own shares. These
powers are subject to the confirmation of the Court of the cancellation of the
amount standing to the credit of the share premium account.
