The Company announces that David Hudd (Chairman) yesterday purchased 1,600
(0.02%) ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company at a price of 430p. This
takes Mr Hudd's shareholdings in the Company to 40,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each and represents 0.48% of the Company's issued share capital.


Mr John Foster, Managing Director, yesterday purchased 3,000 (0.04%) ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the Company at a price of 430p. This takes 
Mr Foster's shareholdings in the Company to 5,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence
