Dividend Declaration



The Board is proposing a final dividend of 6.5p per share (2005: 6p per share),
an increase of 8.3%. If approved by shareholders at the forthcoming Annual
general Meeting on 13 September, the dividend will be paid on 3 November 2006 to
shareholders on the register at close of business on 6 October 2006.
