from INVESCO English and International Trust Plc advising that following the
sale of 21,017 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, they are
interested in 396,904 shares in the Company. This interest represents 4.76% of
the Company's issued share capital.

The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited.
