The company received today the notification below dated 10th January 2005
from Artemis Investment Management Limited, and certain of its subsidiary
companies stating that Artemis UK growth had a notifiable interest in 986,815
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the company which represents an interest of
11.84% of the company's issued share capital. 

This is because the issued share capital of the company is 8,333,861 ordinary 
shares of 10 pence each.
