BGR plc (the 'Company')
Result of EGM
The special resolution to change the Company's name from BGR plc to FISH plc
at the extraordinary general meeting held this morning was duly passed. The
shares will commence trading on AIM under the new name on Tuesday 19 December
2000 with the new trading symbol 'FIH'.
