FALKLAND ISLANDS HOLDINGS PLC ('the Company')
FALKLAND ISLANDS HOLDINGS PLC SAVE AS YOUR EARN SCHEME (the 'SAYE Scheme')
Under the terms of a recent Save as You Earn Scheme made available to all
employees the Directors listed below were granted an option to subscribe for
ordinary shares in the Company on 5 July 2007 under the following terms:
Maximum number of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to Price per Share
be acquired
D L Hudd 3,780 £2.50
J L Foster 3,780 £2.50
In total a maximum number of 153,996 ordinary shares of 10 pence each may be
acquired by 62 employees participating in the SAYE Scheme. All options under
the SAYE scheme vest three years after the grant date.
