Contract Update

Immedia Broadcasting plc 11 November 2005 11 November 2005 IMMEDIA BROADCASTING PLC ('The Company') Contract Update Immedia Broadcasting PLC ('Immedia'), the UK's leading provider of live tailored radio, announces today that it has ceased to broadcast Vitus Apotek, the station for pharmacy retail stores in Norway. This follows Vitus's decision to terminate the contract. As per the break clause in the contract, Vitus will pay in full to the end of 2006 and therefore this does not affect expectations for the current year. The Company continues to make satisfactory progress overall with its stations and advertising contracts. In addition, the Company is in discussions with a number of major organisations regarding in-store radio stations. HSBC Live, Impulse Live, Lloydspharmacy Live, Dixons Live and the new subscription station launched in October 2005 for the convenience sector in a territory outside the UK are performing in line with expectations. The launch of Northcliffe Retail's '...news Shop Live', the first ever live in-store radio station allowing presenters to trigger local content and advertising for individual stores is also progressing well. The outsourcing agreement announced in September with ABC Media to increase advertising sales is already producing results, with Nestle Rowntree signing an exclusive annual advertising contract with the Impulse Live radio station and GlaxoSmithKline signing up to a two-year broadcast package with Lloydspharmacy Live in September 2005.
