Dealing by Director

Immedia Group Plc (AIM: IME) announces that it received notification today that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Trevor Brookes, has today purchased 35,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.26 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Brookes has an interest in the Company of 2,644,700 Ordinary Shares, representing 18.17 % of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
