Directors/PDMR Shareholding

The Board of Immedia announces that Trevor N Brookes (known as Bruno Brookes),
Chief Executive Officer, has exercised an option to purchase 170,000 ordinary
shares in the Company at 3.75 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Brookes now holds 1,977,620 shares representing
14.82% of Company's issued share capital.
