NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS AND TRADING UPDATE

Immedia (AIM: IME), a supplier of digital audio content solutions for leading brands and global businesses, announces that it intends to release its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2015 on Thursday 21 April 2016.

The Board expects to announce that results for the Group will be at or around break-even at the "Profit from operations" level, for the year ended 31 December 2015.

Trading for the current year has started well and we will give further details on this with our preliminary results.
