The issuer advises that the following replaces the Additional Listing
announcement released today at 14.55 under RNS number 9535U.

The paragraph should have referred to an Exercise of Options and not a
Blocklisting.

Pursuant to the above named Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme
options over 24,049 ordinary shares of 10p each have been exercised. Accordingly
application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be
admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares
to be admitted to trading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing shares
of the Company.
