Completion of disposal of LK Products Oy



Filtronic plc ('Filtronic') is pleased to announce the completion of the
disposal of its Handset Products Business, LK Products Oy.



The completion of the disposal will enable Filtronic to repay its term loan bank
debt whilst allowing the Filtronic to focus on the growth of its other
operations.    Filtronic will also now have a substantially larger working
capital facility which will provide it with greater financial flexibility.
